You could rent our entire facilities, which includes 18 Motel Rooms, 7 Cabins, Unlimited Camping and a Restaurant in the heart of the Berkshires in Massachusetts and near all its attractions at a very discounted rate.
We can comfortably accommodate 83 guests in our motel and cabins at once (and more if your group likes camping). And up to 140 people in our restaurant.
The rate is $15,000 for the Whole Month of May!
In other words, if your group, family or organization has 100 members, each of you would ONLY pay $150 for the entire month. That is $5 per day!. And if you group is bigger, you would pay less! This rate includes the exclusive use of all of our motel rooms, cabins and the use of the restaurant (tax is 5.7% and food cost is not included, you can bring your own food or we can arrange the service for you)
